St. JOHN Restaurant in Smithfield, London was opened by Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver in 1994, offering a now renowned nose-to-tail dining experience with unusual cuts of meat and pioneering simplicity.

In the years that followed, they opened another restaurant – Bread & Wine – as well as a bakery and a winery. They also published books and gained and retained a Michelin star. It’s fair to say that St. JOHN has developed a near cult following since its inception.
