Aspen Art Museum's Annual ArtCrush returns for 2026.

Featuring both emerging and internationally recognised artists, the online auction spotlights exceptional works on paper, highlighting drawing as one of the most immediate and intimate forms of artistic expression through works by Andy Warhol, Josef Albers, Leonora Carrington, and many more. The online auction also presents design pieces, paintings, and photography, with the selection reflecting the vibrancy and diversity of today’s contemporary art landscape.

ArtCrush, Aspen Art Museum’s signature summer gala and auction, returns in 2026 with an extraordinary lineup of artists contributing works. Each piece has been generously donated by the artists and their galleries in support of the Museum’s mission and programming. From emerging voices to globally recognized names, the selection reflects the vibrancy and diversity of today’s contemporary art landscape.

In honor of the Museum’s founding by artists, AAM will once again offer participating artists the option to retain a percentage of the value of their auctioned work—part of an ongoing commitment to artist equity. Curated in collaboration with the ArtCrush Gala Co-Chairs and advisors Mary Zlot and Bernie Lagrange, the auction brings together boundary-pushing talent from around the world.

Lots range from under $500 to over $500,000 and will be on view at the museum from July 14 through July 30th, with the online auction on display until August 1st.

This year’s ArtCrush will feature a live and online auction of artworks donated by leading artists, including work by Adrián Villar Rojas, Sayre Gomez, Xinyi Cheng, Camille Henrot, Keith Mayerson, Kelly Akashi, George Condo, and Michelangelo Pistoletto, among others.

Design Room: Wunderkammer

Curated in partnership with Design Miami, the Design Room of the ArtCrush Auction exhibition is an experiential tableau vivant curated by Sarah Broughton, principal at Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Interior Design. Inspired by a recent trip to Oaxaca, this year’s presentation celebrates the Wunderkammer, or cabinet of curiosities. The display will include a selection of objects for everyday use that rouse our creativity, including handmade candles, joyful ceramics, and a display of outdoor lanterns, all available for immediate purchase.
